Instructions for use:
To disperse in water:
- Run the warm water tap at full power.

Slowly sprinkle a packet of colloidal oatmeal directly under the faucet in your sink or container.

Stir in any settled oatmeal on the bottom.

For use as a bath soak:
Slowly squirt 1 packet into a baby tub filled with warm water. Stir in any glutinous oatmeal that may have settled to the bottom.

Soak the affected area for 15 to 30 minutes as needed or as directed by your doctor.
