Ketonil Syrup 100 ml-Ketotifen 1 mg/5 ml Syrup.

What is ketotifen and what is it used for:

• Ketotifen is a second generation antihistamine and non-competitive mast cell stabilizer.
• It is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of allergic conditions including rhinitis and conjunctivitis.

Do not take Ketotifen:

• Hypersensitivity to ketotifen.

Warnings and precautions:

• It should not be used to treat severe asthma attacks.
• It can reduce the ability to reflect.
• Platelet monitoring.

Possible side effects:

• Anesthesia.
• Dizziness.
• Dry mouth.
