Scientific name: sitagliptin 50 mg + metformin 500 mg tablets.
Uses:
- It is used to treat type 2 diabetes.
- Sitagliptin and metformin work together to control blood sugar.
- It increases insulin levels after eating and reduces the amount of sugar your body makes in the liver.
- Along with diet and exercise, this medication helps lower blood sugar.
- This medication may be used alone or with other antidiabetic medications, including insulin.
How to use:
- Always take this medication exactly as your doctor has told you.
- Your doctor may need to increase your dose to control your blood sugar.
