Zivo 8 mg 1 vial:
- Analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug from non-steroidal compounds.
- It is used in the treatment of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and mild to moderate painful conditions including postoperative pain.
Warnings and precautions:
- It should not be given to patients who are allergic (hypersensitive) to lornoxicam.
- It should not be given to patients who are allergic to other NSAIDs including acetylsalicylic acid (e.g. aspirin).
- It is not given to patients with thrombocytopenia (low platelet count which increases the risk of bleeding or bruising).
- It is not given to patients with severe heart failure.
- It should not be given to patients with gastrointestinal bleeding, rupture and bleeding of a blood vessel in the brain, or other bleeding disorders.
- It is not given to patients with severe liver failure.
- It is not given to patients with severe kidney failure.
- It should not be given to pregnant women in the last three months of pregnancy.
- Avoid lornoxicam during varicella (chickenpox) infection.
- Not recommended for use by children under 18 years of age.
- It is not recommended for use in elderly people over 65 years of age.
- In case of overdose, be prepared to tell or show what was taken, how much and when it occurred, and seek immediate medical attention.
side effects:
Although the following side effects are not common in everyone, some patients may report:
- Stomach pain, heartburn, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, indigestion, wind, and loss of appetite.
- Headache, dizziness and vertigo.
- rash.
- Fast or irregular heartbeat (palpitations), chest pain, and heart disturbances.
