Airfast 4 mg 30 tablets:

Scientific name: Montelukast 4 mg tablets.

Uses:

Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.

Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Doses will depends on your medical condition
This medicine is to be given to a child under adult supervision.
chewable tablets should not be taken immediately with food; it should be taken at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after food
For children who have problems consuming a chewable tablet, an oral granule formulation is available.
For children 2 to 5 years of age: 4 mg chewable tablet (or 4 mg granules) daily to be taken in the evening
For children 6 to 14 years old: 5 mg chewable tablets are available.
4 mg chewable tablet is not recommended below 2 years of age.
Doses may be changed in special conditions so always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions.
If you take more than you should, talk to a doctor or go to the hospital straight away.
If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember it unless it is nearly time for your next dose.
Do not take a double dose (two doses at the same time) to make up for the forgotten dose.

    How to use:

    Always take this medication exactly as your doctor has told you.Dosages will depend on your medical condition.For adults and adolescents aged 15 years and over: The recommended dose is one 10 mg tablet daily in the evening.You can take Montelukast 10 mg with or without food.Doses may change in special circumstances, so always follow your doctor's instructions.

    Allergic reactions.
    Changes related to behavior and mood: agitation including aggressive behavior or depression.

    Montelukast is not intended to treat severe asthma attacks.
