Scientific name: Pinavirium bromide 50 mg tablets.

Uses:

• To treat and relieve symptoms associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) which include abdominal pain, intestinal disorders, and intestinal discomfort.
• To treat symptoms related to functional disorders of the bile duct.

How to use:

• The usual adult dose is 50 mg three times a day (total daily dose 150 mg).
• The dose may be increased to a maximum of 100 mg three times a day (maximum total daily dose of 300 mg).
• It is recommended to take the tablets with a glass of water during meals or snacks.
• The tablets should not be swallowed while lying down or just before bedtime.
• Doses may change in special circumstances, so always follow your doctor's instructions.

side effects:

• They were mainly minor digestive disturbances that may be related to the disease, such as stomach pain or fullness, nausea, constipation, heartburn, bloating, and diarrhea.
• Also: headache, dry mouth, drowsiness, dizziness, skin allergies.
