Main uses of Ethanol 99.9% :

How to use:

For use as a disinfectant or disinfectant, apply 99.9% ethanol to a clean surface using a clean cloth. Allow the surface to dry completely before using it.

To use as a liquid detergent, add 99.9% ethanol to water at a ratio of 70% alcohol to 30% water. Clean the surface with an alcohol and water solution. Allow the surface to dry completely before using it.
