How Imavir works:

• Acyclovir is converted to acyclovir monophosphate by a specific thymidine kinase in the virus.
•  It is then converted to acyclovir triphosphate by other cellular enzymes.
• Acyclovir triphosphate inhibits DNA synthesis and viral replication, by competing with deoxyguanosine triphosphate.

• Treating chickenpox that affects the body.
• Treats herpes, also known as shingles.
• Treating sores in the mouth.
• Gets rid of varicella encephalitis.
• Treatment of genital herpes.

• If you suffer from hypersensitivity to Cyclovir or any of the substances used in the compound.

Warnings and precautions:

• It is best to avoid Imavir during pregnancy.
• It is necessary to be careful with this cream during the breastfeeding period, as it is preferable for a breastfeeding woman to stay away from this cream.
