Normacol granules contain 62% w/w bohen, a vegetable gum extracted from the Karaya tree. It is a natural dietary fiber that helps relieve constipation and maintain normal bowel movements.

How to use Normacol

The usual dose for adults and the elderly is 1 or 2 sachets, or 1 to 2 heaped teaspoons (5 mL), taken once or twice daily after meals. Do not take Normacol while lying down, or just before bed.
