In the bath: 4-5 drops are placed in a warm bath. - At home and at bedtime: 30 drops of oil are placed in a water bottle (30 ml) and the water is sprayed around the room. - At bedtime: 10 drops are placed inside the scent (and the oil is evaporated by the heat of the candle) to give you a quiet and romantic night.
