Prospan syrup 100 ml

It is a herbal medicinal product used as an expectorant for productive cough in adults, adolescents and children from 2 years of age.
It loosens phlegm and relieves exhausting, spasmodic coughs by clearing the airways. This drink also relieves shortness of breath associated with bronchitis.

Do not take dried ivy leaf extract:

If you are allergic to ivy leaves, to plants of the Araliaceae (ivy) family
Children younger than 2 years due to risk of worsening respiratory symptoms

Warnings and precautions:
Tell your doctor or pharmacist:
If children aged 2-4 years have a persistent or recurring cough
In case of difficulty breathing , fever, or purulent sputum (containing pus)
If symptoms do not improve within 7 days of using the medicine
If you are taking other medicines that suppress cough (opioid antitussives such as codeine or dextromethorphan).
If you have stomach problems (gastritis, stomach ulcers)
If you suffer from kidney or liver failure

Possible side effects:

Vomiting , nausea, diarrhea.
