Shipping & Delivery Policy

Sidalih.com delivers to all regions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, except for a few remote areas that fall outside our delivery coverage. Our partnered shipping companies deliver orders daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday through Friday.

  • Shipping is available to all cities within Saudi Arabia, as well as to Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, and the Kingdom of Bahrain. Please note that customs duties may apply depending on the destination country. These duties are determined by the respective country’s customs authority and are the customer's responsibility. A customs declaration will be issued by the shipping provider accordingly.

  • Sidalih.com works with various reputable shipping partners including SMSA, Aramex, DHL, and others.

Delivery Times:

  • For approved orders:

    • Saudi Arabia: 2 to 5 business days

    • Gulf countries: 4 to 7 business days

    • Refrigerated products and large medical equipment (e.g., hospital beds, wheelchairs): up to 7 business days within Saudi Arabia

Order Approval:

  • Orders paid via credit/debit cards (Mada), PayPal, or bank transfer are considered approved orders and will be reviewed by Sidalih.com before proceeding with shipment.

  • Delivery may be delayed during public holidays, official occasions, or due to unforeseen exceptional circumstances.

Shipping Charges Within Saudi Arabia:

  • Orders below SAR 350: Shipping fee is SAR 25

  • Orders SAR 350 or above: Free shipping across all Saudi cities

Please note that certain products are excluded from the free delivery offer, including infant milk and diapers.
Additionally, some products require special handling or transportation, such as insulin or similar items, and may incur additional delivery fees.

Shipping Charges to Gulf Countries:

  • Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country.

Some products are not eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD) due to their sensitivity or special handling requirements. This includes insulin and similar medications.

International Shipments:

  • International orders are subject to customs duties, imposed by the destination country's customs authorities.
    These fees vary by country and are not included in the shipping charges.
