Fidelora syrup 120 ml:
Vidlora is a medicinal product that contains two active ingredients, loratadine and pseudoephedrine.
- Loratadine: It is a potent, long-acting tricyclic antihistamine with selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonist activity.
- Pseudoephedrine sulfate: A naturally occurring ephedra alkaloid that is an orally administered vasoconstrictor, it produces a gradual but sustained decongestant effect that facilitates contraction of congested mucosa in the upper respiratory tract.
How to use Fidelora syrup::
- Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.
- Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The recommended dose is:
- Adults and children 6 to 12 years of age (body weight > 30 kg).
- 5 ml syrup (one teaspoon) twice daily (every 12 hours).
Warnings and precautions:
Do not take Vidlora in the following cases:
- If you are allergic to Vidlora, or to any of the other ingredients of this medication.
- If you suffer from: glaucoma, difficulty urinating, very high blood pressure, severe blood vessel disease, hyperthyroidism.
- If you are taking or within 14 days of stopping taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors, which are medicines used to treat depression.
- For children under 6 years.
- After the expiry date printed on the package.
- If the packaging is torn or shows signs of tampering.
Common side effects may occur:
- Dry mouth, nose or throat.
- Dizziness or drowsiness.
- Sleep problems (insomnia).
