Fucidin-H Cream 30 gm
Uses:
- Fusidic acid and hydrocortisone acetate combination is used to treat inflammatory conditions of the skin (such as eczema) that are also infected by bacteria.
How to use:
- This drug is for external use only.
- Use this drug as ordered by your doctor.
- The usual treatment duration is up to two weeks.
- If you do not notice improvement after 7 days, stop using it.
- Usually applied twice daily.
Side effects:
Tell your doctor if you experience any of these symptoms:
- Thinning of the skin.
- Stretch marks.
- hair grow.
- The appearance of small veins on the surface of the skin.
- Skin color change.
- Change in vision ability.
Warnings and precautions:
- Tell your doctor about all your health conditions before using this drug.
- Use caution if you will be using this drug near your eyes.
- If you use this drug for a long time or in large amounts, you may experience side effects or it may not kill the bacteria.
- Do not use the medicine for a long time on your face.
- Unless your doctor tells you to, you should not use this medication on open wounds or sensitive areas such as the nostril, ears, lips, or genitals.
- You should not use this medication on thin skin, skin ulcers, broken veins, or acne.
Do not take fusidic acid/hydrocortisone acetate:
- If you are allergic to the active ingredients or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
- To treat skin infections caused by the virus, such as ulcers or chickenpox.
- To treat skin infections caused by fungi.
- To treat a skin condition called acne rosacea, which is redness and inflammation on your nose and cheeks.
- To treat perioral dermatitis (a patchy red rash around your mouth or chin).
- If you suffer from tuberculosis or syphilis.
Preservation method:
- Store at room temperature from 20 to 25 degrees Celsius.
- Keep this medicine out of the reach of children.
- Do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the package.
