المادة الفعالة:

 ماليات الكلورفينامين وهو مضاد للهستامين بتركيز 10 مجم لكل أمبول.

استخدامات أليرفين 

  • يشار إلى الكلورفينامين عند البالغين والأطفال (من عمر شهر إلى 18 عامًا) لعلاج تفاعلات الحساسية الحادة.
  • يمنع هذا الدواء إطلاق الهيستامين في الجسم الذي يحدث أثناء تفاعل الحساسية.
