Instructions for use:

• Sit and relax in a comfortable position.
• Place the palm on your arm in the correct way above the elbow and aligned with the heart.
• Press the power button and wait for the measurement result to appear.

Warnings and precautions:

• Avoid eating, smoking and drinking caffeine 30 minutes before the measurement.
• Avoid activity and relax 5-10 minutes before the measurement.
• Measure before taking medication.
