How to use:

• Compression bandage installation:

1. Wrap the compression bandage around the left arm, and the arm should be exposed.
2. Secure the compression garment and do not tighten it so tightly that it suffocates.
   
3. The edge of the bandage should be approximately 2.5 cm away from the bend of the arm.

• Body balance when measuring:
