Scientific name: Tizanidine 2 mg tablets.

Uses:

• It is used to relax stiff muscles resulting from painful muscle spasms associated with spinal disorders.
• It is used to relax stiff muscles resulting from spasticity (muscle stiffness and tightness) resulting from neurological problems.

How to use:

• The recommended starting dose of tizanidine is 2 mg every 6 to 8 hours, with a maximum of 3 doses in 24 hours.
• Too much of this medication can damage your liver.
• Cold or allergy medicine, narcotic pain medicine, sleeping pills, other muscle relaxants, and medicine for seizures, depression, or anxiety can increase drowsiness caused by tizanidine.
