Dried sea vegetables (Undaria pinnatifida) Due to the nature of the product, this package may contain a trace amount of fish, molluscs and/or crustaceans. Sea vegetables are naturally rich in iodine.

How to prepare: Simply wash and soak in lukewarm water for 10-15 minutes. Drain well and rinse briefly. If desired, remove the stalk and cut into pieces. For soups and stir-fries, add the soft wakame at the end of cooking to retain its delicate flavor.
