Rybelsus is an oral drug that works by increasing insulin secretion, which leads to increased sugar metabolism. It is also used in treating obesity in diabetics, as semaglutide works by helping the pancreas release the appropriate amount of insulin when Blood sugar levels are high, and it may be used in many medical conditions, including the following:

How to use:

Repulse pills should be swallowed whole with or without food. Do not crush, chew, or open the pills. The dosage is determined by the doctor according to the age group, and this can be explained as follows:

Adults : 14 mg once daily, taken with or without food. The dose may be increased to 21 mg once daily after two weeks of starting treatment.
Children and teenagers: Repulse is not recommended for use in children or teenagers under 18 years of age.


Instructions for use :

Rybelsus is a once-daily tablet.
This medicinal product should be taken on an empty stomach at any time of the day. (Ideally when walking straight in the morning).
It should be swallowed whole with a sip of water (up to half a cup of water). The tablets should not be split, crushed or chewed, as it is not known whether this affects the absorption of Rybelsus.
Patients should wait at least 30 minutes before eating, drinking, or taking other medicinal products by mouth.
If a dose is missed, the missed dose should be skipped and the next dose should be taken the next day.

Pills cannot be used in the following cases:


Allergy to semaglutide or any of the other ingredients of the drug.
Liver or kidney disease.
Eating disorders.
