Amistop Syrup 200ml:
- Amistop suspension contains domperidone, which is a dopamine antagonist and has an antiemetic effect.

Amistop is used in the treatment of:
- Feelings of fullness, early satiety, abdominal bloating, upper abdominal pain, vomiting and nausea, especially associated with radiation or drug therapy.
Instructions for use:
- Amistop suspension is used according to the doctor's instructions. You should check with the doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure of the dosage.
- Shake the bottle well before use
Dosage:
Your doctor will determine what dosage is appropriate for you.
- For the treatment of chronic indigestion
Adults: 10 ml 3/4 times daily, maximum dose 80 ml daily.
Children: 2.5 ml/10 kg of body weight 3 times daily, maximum dose 80 ml daily. -
- To treat vomiting and nausea
Adults: 20 ml 3/4 times daily.
Children: 5 ml/10 kg body weight 3/4 times daily.
Contraindications of Amistop:
- If you are allergic to domperidone or any of the other ingredients of this product.
- If you are allergic to domperidone or any of the other ingredients of this product.
- The presence of prolactin edema.
- If you suffer from bleeding in the digestive tract.
- If you suffer from an obstruction or perforation in the digestive tract.
Warnings and precautions:
- Domperidone use may be associated with an increased risk of arrhythmia and cardiac arrest. This risk increases in patients over 60 years of age or in those taking doses exceeding 30 mg per day.

Drug interactions from taking Amistop with any other medications, herbs, or nutritional supplements:
- Such as ketoconazole and erythromycin may increase the level of (CYP3A) - taking drugs that inhibit the enzyme (4) domperidone in plasma.
- Anticholinergic drugs may impair the effectiveness of domperidone.
- Antacids may reduce the bioavailability of domperidone.
- Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription.
- Taking Amistop with food and tablets:
