How to use to get started:

Remove the packaging

Check the device, power supply, and cables for damage.

Connect the machine to the mains power supply, and this must be done with the machine turned off. • Route the cable safely so that there is no risk of anyone tripping over it.

Operation:

Make sure the device is OFF before inserting the power cable, turn on the device by moving the switch to the desired massage position “M” or “M+H”. Direct the device with both hands to the area of ​​the body to be massaged, you can stand, sit or lie down, and you can massage yourself or another person,

You can change the strength of the massage by increasing or decreasing the pressure on the massage button, do not continue to massage one part of the body for longer than 3 minutes, but must move to other areas of the body,

And you can massage with or without the massage attachment, you just have to decide which massage attachment you prefer,

In the case of using M + H infrared heat therapy, the presence of any massage attachment will block the heat from the infrared source, so the machine should only be operated on 'M' if a massage attachment is fitted,

Note: Do not use the massager just before going to bed as massage can also have a stimulant effect and may make it difficult to fall asleep.
