Diclogesic Retard 100 mg 12 capsules:
Diclogesic suppositories work by inhibiting the actions of certain chemicals in the body that cause pain and swelling.
It is therefore used to relieve pain associated with:
- Osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis.
- Menstrual cramps.
- Muscle pain.
- Headache.
- Back pain.
- toothache.
- Fever and pain.
Do not use Diclogesic suppositories in the following cases:
- Patients with a known allergy to ibuprofen, other NSAIDs, or any other inactive ingredients contained in the formulation.
- Patients with a known history of NSAID-induced asthma due to increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.
- Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG): Before, during, or after CABG surgery due to an increased risk of severe adverse effects.
- Patients with peptic ulcer disease or any gastrointestinal bleeding disorders due to increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.
- Patients with severe impairment of liver or kidney function due to increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.
