Gaviscon is used to treat indigestion in:

• Heartburn or when your stomach is very acidic.
• Gastritis.
• Gaviscon may also be used to lower the amount of acid in your stomach or intestines when you have an ulcer.

Do not take Gaviscon Indigestion Syrup if:

• You are allergic to aluminum hydroxide or magnesium hydroxide.
• You feel very weak and have no energy.
• You have kidney problems.
• You have severe stomach pain.

How to take Gaviscon Indigestion Syrup:

• Shake well before use to ensure that the product is properly mixed
• Take this medication by mouth

Cautions and precautions:

• Use caution when using Gavixon if you are on a diet low in phosphorus.

Possible side effects:
