Ibuprofen is used to relieve mild to moderate pain (headache, toothache, muscle and back pain, and pain associated with menstruation).
To relieve fever, and to relieve pain and inflammation in cases of arthritis (such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis).
Do not take ibuprofen:
If you are allergic to ibuprofen or any of the other ingredients of this medication.
If you are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid or other anti-inflammatory painkillers.
If you have previously had gastrointestinal bleeding after taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
If you have an ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding or have had at least two attacks in the past.
If you suffer from severe liver, kidney or heart problems.
If you suffer from severe dehydration.
If you have any active bleeding.
If you have conditions that increase your risk of bleeding.
If you are in the last three months of pregnancy.

Tell your doctor about all your health conditions, including:
If you suffer from chronic inflammatory gastrointestinal problems such as ulcerative colitis, Cohen's disease, or others.
If you have systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
If you have problems with your blood cells.
If you suffer from blood clotting problems.
If you suffer from high blood pressure or heart problems.
If you suffer from liver or kidney problems.
If you have asthma or other conditions that make breathing difficult.
Possible side effects:
skin rash; itch; red, blistered, or peeling skin; tightness in the chest or throat; difficulty breathing, swallowing, or speaking; Unusual hoarseness or swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat.
