Selecta Plus 5mg/12.5mg 20 Tablets:

• Bisoprolol 5mg + Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg Tablets is a combination of two medicines used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension).
• Helps control blood pressure when one medication is ineffective.
• It also helps reduce the chances of any heart attack and stroke in the future.
• Bisoprolol 5 mg + Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg tablets are taken with or without food, preferably in the morning to avoid frequent urination at night. Continue taking it for as long as your doctor advises.
• Even if you feel better, do not stop taking this medication on your own because high blood pressure often has no symptoms.
• Drink plenty of fluids while taking the medication to combat muscle weakness, dry mouth, and extreme thirst.
• Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a doctor for advice before taking this medicine.
• You also need to tell your doctor about other medications you are taking especially those used to treat high blood pressure or heart disease.
• Your blood pressure, kidney function, blood sugar level, and levels of salts such as potassium or magnesium should be checked regularly to make sure this medication is working properly.
