Coconut oil can withstand heat without the need for refining (176°C). It is a nutritious alternative to hams, popcorn, eggs, vegetables, in your baked goods, in soup, and on bread. It is added to hot and cold drinks. We translated a wonderful book about it. This oil is unrefined, and is from a mechanical cold press. It is translucent when melted, and has a pleasant aroma. Coconut oil is delicious when it's good, and this one is the best we've tried!
