Gladio 100 mg contains the active ingredient aceclofenac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that helps relieve pain and reduce inflammation. It is used in adults to treat a range of rheumatic, inflammatory, and acute pain conditions, including joint, muscle, and back pain.

Uses:

Gladio 100 mg is used in adults to help relieve pain and inflammation associated with the following conditions:

• Arthritis and inflammatory joint pain.
• Rheumatoid arthritis.
• Ankylosing spondylitis..
• Some cases of extra-articular rheumatism, such as:
  • Inflammation of tissues surrounding the joint.
  • Bursitis.
  • Tendonitis.
  • Inflammation of tendon and muscle attachment sites to bones.
• Lower back pain.
• Sciatica.
• Muscle pain.
• Pain resulting from various injuries and bruises.
• Menstrual pain (primary dysmenorrhea).
• Toothache.

Usage instructions:

• Gladio is used according to the doctor's prescription or pharmacist's instructions.
• The usual adult dose is 200 mg daily, i.e., one 100 mg tablet every 12 hours.
• Swallow the tablets whole with a sufficient amount of water.
