How To Use:

• Before measuring blood pressure, make sure you are completely relaxed and calm. Sit comfortably on a moderate chair, and rest your arm steadily on a flat surface.
• Remove any clothing that obstructs the device from reaching your arm. It is preferable that your arm is bare or at least slightly exposed.
• Attach the device to your arm. The bottom part of the device should be directed towards the palm, and the display screen should be visible on the top.
• Wrap the cuff around your arm. Make sure it is secured firmly but not too tight. The cuff should be snug enough to avoid tightness or discomfort.
