Xylometazoline Hydrochloride 0.1% Nasal Spray for Adults

Use Xylometazoline Nasal Spray in the nose to relieve:

• Nasal congestion (stuffy nose including the common cold)
• Perennial and allergic rhinitis (recurrent inflammation of the nasal mucous membranes, including hay fever)
• Sinusitis.
• Xylometazoline nasal spray contains the active ingredient xylometazoline hydrochloride, which helps open and clean the nasal passages by reducing excess nasal secretions and returning swollen blood vessels to their normal size.

The following side effects have been reported:

• Burning sensation in the nose and throat
• Local irritation
• nausea
• Headache
• Dry nasal membranes
• Temporary and transient visual disturbances
• Allergic reactions.
• Cardiovascular effects, for example, palpitations may also occur especially if you have heart problems.
