Moviprep 40 sachets

• The powder is a lemon-flavored laxative containing four sachets. There are two large cysts ("cyst A") and two small cysts ("cyst B"). You need all of these for one treatment.

• Intended for adults to clean the bowels so they are ready for the examination. It works by emptying your bowel contents, so you should expect watery bowel movements.

Do not take this powder:

• If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to the active ingredients or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
• If you have a blockage in the intestine (gastrointestinal tract).
• If you have a perforated bowel wall.
• If you have a stomach emptying disorder.
• If you suffer from paralysis of the digestive tract.
• If you suffer from phenylketonuria.
• If your body is unable to produce enough glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase.
• If you have toxic megacolon.

Warnings and precautions:

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this powder if you have any of the following:

• Need for thick liquids in order to swallow safely.
• The tendency to reflux a swallowed drink, food, or acid from the stomach.
• Kidney disease.
• Heart failure or heart disease including high blood pressure, irregular heartbeat or palpitations.
• Thyroid disease.
• Acute flare-up of inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis).

Possible side effects:

• It is normal to get diarrhea when taking this powder.

Other side effects include:

• Abdominal pain, abdominal bloating, fatigue, general feeling of being unwell, anal pain, nausea and fever.
• Hunger, sleep problems, dizziness, headache, vomiting, indigestion, thirst and chills.

Other medicines and Moveprep:

• If you are taking other medications, take them at least 1 hour before or at least 1 hour after taking this powder because it may pass through your digestive system and not work as well.

How to take Moviprep:

• This package contains two clear bags each containing one pair of bags: Bag A and Bag B. Each pair of sachets (A and B) should be dissolved in water to obtain a 1 liter solution.
• So this package is enough to make two liters of this powder for an oral solution.
