How to use
- For adults and children over 12 years old.
For adults:
- Take 2 capsules in the evening with a full glass of water with a meal and 2 capsules before bedtime.
- The dosage can be increased to 5 capsules per day if needed

For children over 12 years old:
- Take one capsule in the evening with a full glass of water with a meal and another capsule before bedtime.
