Avialis tablets with a concentration of 20 mg contain the active ingredient Tadalafil, which belongs to the class of drugs known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. Tadalafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis by dilating blood vessels, helping to achieve and maintain an erection during sexual stimulation. Tadalafil can also be used to treat symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
