Biofreeze products provide temporary relief of minor aches and pains of sore muscles and joints associated with simple backache, arthritis, bruising, muscle or tendon sprains and ligament sprains.

How to use

Biofreeze Pain Relief can be used up to four times a day, either before exercise or therapy (to relieve any painful movement), and after (to soothe muscle or joint soreness). In some cases, Biofreeze products may even be used during exercise or therapy.
