How to use: Before use, please read the warnings and instructions for use. For best results, use it on a clean face. 1. Wet face. Leave face wet - Biore ® Self-Heating Mask activates for 1 minute with water. 2. Apply the mask. Dry hands, open single-use package, dispense contents into hand and apply mask to face. You can add a little water to your fingers to help spread the mask and activate the warming. 3. Massage for 1 minute. During the massage, the mask will heat up. For added heating action or to get your preferred consistency, massage in a little water. The mask does not dry out/rust. 4. Rinse. After one minute has passed, rinse it well with water to remove the mask. Recommended Use: May be used up to 2-3 times/week.
