How to heat/cool the compressor:

Cold compresses:

Freeze for at least 2 hours inside the plastic freezer bag provided or use your own freezer bag. If it becomes too cold, remove it from the freezer immediately and allow it to reach the desired temperature before placing it comfortably on the area.

Hot compresses:
