Directions for regular use: After shampooing, rinse hair and apply Watermans Condition Me, massage into hair from root to tip, comb through to ends and leave on for 2-3 minutes. Rinse hair well with cool water for extra shine.

Directions for Deep Conditioning Treatments: For a deep conditioning treatment, cover hair with a plastic cap or towel. Keep in the hair for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove the cap or towel and rinse well.
