Dapagliflozin Eva 5 mg 30 tablets:
Dapagliflozin Eva 5 mg is an anti-diabetic medication containing dapagliflozin, belonging to the sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitors. It lowers blood sugar by increasing the excretion of excess glucose through urine, helping to improve blood sugar control in patients with type 2 diabetes, alongside a healthy diet and physical activity.
Uses:
- Improves blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes.
- Used alone or with other diabetes medications such as metformin, insulin, or sulfonylureas.
- May help reduce the risk of certain heart and kidney complications in suitable patients, according to the doctor’s assessment.
Usage instructions:
- The usual dose is one tablet (10 mg) once daily or as directed by the doctor.
- The doctor may start with a 5 mg dose in some patients with liver problems.
- Swallow the tablet whole with water; it can be taken with or without food.
- It is preferable to take it at the same time daily.

Drug interactions:
