DATE SEED KAMADA is a way to bring Arabic traditions back to the modern world.
It is versatile and provides long-term, natural relief from muscle and joint aches and pains. It promotes natural relaxation and restful sleep.
It is used for targeted relief of neck, shoulder, knee or back pain. In addition to stomach pain associated with menstruation.

What are its characteristics?

Cotton pad infused with natural, non-gmo date seeds with added lavender petals for aromatherapy, designed for quick and easy use as a hot or cold pack. Keep warm by heating in the microwave or cool by keeping in the freezer, as desired.
The pillow is flexible in shape and molds itself to your body.
When used as a hot pack it stays warm for 30 to 45 minutes.
It can be used as a cold pack if kept in the freezer.

How to use :

As a hot pack: Heat in microwave for 3 minutes max in 700-800 watt microwaves, 2 minutes max in 900-1000 watts microwave.
As a cold pack: place in the freezer for 2 hours or simply place in the freezer with plastic wrap and use as needed to avoid direct moisture contact.
