Vardenafil contains vardenafil, which is a member of a class of medications called phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors.
They are used to treat adult male erectile dysfunction, a condition that involves difficulties getting or maintaining an erection.
At least one in ten men has trouble getting or maintaining an erection at some point.
There may be physical or psychological causes, or a combination of the two. Whatever the cause, due to muscular and vascular changes, there is not enough blood left in the penis to make it hard and keep it hard.
Vardenafil will only work when you are sexually stimulated.
It reduces the effect of the natural chemical in your body that causes erections to go away.
Vardenafil allows for an erection long enough for satisfactory completion of sexual activity.

Take care when using vardenafil:

If you suffer from heart problems. Having sex can be risky.
If you have an irregular heartbeat or hereditary heart disease that affects the ECG.
If you have a physical condition that affects the shape of your penis.
If you have a disease that can cause an erection that does not go away.
If you suffer from a stomach ulcer.
If you have a bleeding disorder.
If you are using any other treatments for erectile dysfunction
Vardenafil is not intended for use by children or adolescents under 18 years of age.
side effects:

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Most effects are mild or moderate. Patients experience a partial, sudden, temporary or permanent decrease in vision in one or both eyes.
Stop taking vardenafil and call your doctor right away.
Sudden decrease or loss of hearing has been reported.
Sudden death, fast or pounding heartbeats, heart attacks, chest pain, and problems with cerebral circulation (including temporary decrease in blood flow to parts of the brain and bleeding in the brain) have been reported in men taking vardenafil.
Most of the men who experienced these side effects had heart problems before taking this medicine. It is not possible to determine whether these events are directly related to vardenafil.
Usage instructions:

Always take this medication exactly as your doctor has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
The recommended dose is 10 mg.
Take a vardenafil tablet about 25 to 60 minutes before sexual activity. With sexual stimulation, you can achieve an erection anywhere from 25 minutes to four to five hours after taking vardenafil.
Swallow one tablet with a glass of water.
