Glofel 20 mg 12 tablets:

Active ingredient: Tadalafil 20 mg tablets.

Uses of Glofel 20 mg 28 tablets:

• For the treatment of erectile dysfunction in adult men: this occurs when a man is unable to achieve or maintain a firm, adequately erect penis suitable for sexual activity. It is important to note that tadalafil does not work in the absence of sexual stimulation.
  

Directions for use:

• Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you.
• Swallow the tablet whole with a little water. The tablets may be taken with or without food.
• It should not be given to individuals under 18 years of age.
• For the treatment of erectile dysfunction: the recommended starting dose is one 10 mg tablet before sexual activity. However, you have been given a dose of one 20 mg tablet because your doctor decided that the recommended 10 mg dose was too weak.
• You can take a tadalafil tablet at least 30 minutes before sexual activity.
• Tadalafil may remain effective for up to 36 hours after taking the tablet.
• Do not take tadalafil more than once a day.

Side effects:

Side effects do not occur in everyone, but some patients may experience:

• Headache.
• Back pain, muscle aches, and pain in the arms and legs.
• Facial flushing.
• Nasal congestion.
• Indigestion.

Warnings and precautions:

Before using this medicine, talk to your doctor if you have:

• Any heart problems other than pulmonary hypertension.
• Blood pressure problems.
• Any inherited eye disease.
• Sickle cell anemia (a disorder of the red blood cells).
• Multiple myeloma (cancer of the bone marrow).
• Leukemia (cancer of the blood cells).
  
• A serious liver or kidney problem.
• High pressure in the eye (glaucoma) or are at risk of developing it.
