This drug is indicated in case of the following liver disorders:
• Acute hepatitis (viral, non-viral, drug-induced)
• Chronic hepatitis (with or without hyperammonemia)
• Cirrhosis
• Fatty liver with hyperammonemia
• Hepatic encephalopathy
• As adjunctive therapy with all hepatotoxic drugs

Do not take L-ornithine L-aspartate:
• If you suffer from severe renal dysfunction (creatinine level exceeding 3 mg/100 ml of blood plasma).
