How does it work?

How to use:

Fill a cup with 200 ml of pure cold drinking water. For children under 6 months, use freshly boiled and cooled water.

Empty the contents of one sachet into a 200 ml cup of water and stir until the Hydralyte powder dissolves.

Sip slowly and continuously as long as symptoms persist.

Discard unused solution after two hours or 24 hours if refrigerated.

Do not mix Hydralyte with concentrated drinks, fruit juices, soft drinks, or sports drinks.
