For adults: one tablet daily with a meal

• Jamison Chromium Pills (Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein Emulsion) 200 mcg, chelated (microlinked) with vegetable protein for optimal absorption.
• It also contains: cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, modified cellulose gum, vegetable magnesium stearate.
• Does not contain: salt (sodium chloride), sugar, starch, gluten, lactose, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

• Jamison Chromium 200 Tablets should be taken as directed by your doctor or pharmacist
