How to make tirzepatide
Tirzepatide acts on GLP-1 and GIP receptors as a dual agonist.
It improves insulin sensitivity, reduces glucagon secretion, and increases insulin response.
In addition, terzepatide slows gastric emptying, induces satiety, lowers postprandial and fasting glucose levels, and reduces food intake, thus may reduce total body weight.
 

Special medical uses 
In people with type 2 diabetes, Monjaro is recommended, in addition to diet and exercise, to enhance blood sugar control.
 

How to use Monjaro 
Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist tells you.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
The recommended starting dose is 2.5 mg subcutaneously once weekly.
Your doctor may increase the dose to a once-weekly injection of 5 mg under the skin after 4 weeks.
After taking your current dose for at least 4 weeks, your doctor may increase your current dose by 2.5 mg if more blood sugar control is needed.
The highest dose is 15 mg subcutaneously once a week.
At all doses, given once a week, with or without meals, at any time of the day.
While using Monjaro, keep in mind the following precautions:
Before using the pen for the first time, ask your doctor or pharmacist to show you how to use the pen.
You can use this medicine at any time of the day, with or without food and drink.
Use this medicine at about the same time
The best places for injection are the front of your waist (abdomen), the front of your thighs, or your upper arm.
Do not inject into a vein or muscle.
Do not mix this medication with other medications that are injected (such as insulin).
Change (rotate) your injection site with each injection. Do not use the same site for each injection
Doses may be changed in special circumstances, so always follow your doctor or pharmacist's instructions.
If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it is almost time for your next dose.
Do not take a double dose (two doses at the same time) to make up for a missed dose.
