Contains the active ingredient methylcobalamin, methylcobalamin is a form of cobalamin obtained from hydroxocobalamin, either by chemical manipulation in the laboratory or naturally in the body.

Usage instructions:

• Take two tablets daily

Warnings and precautions:

• Do not take NIRVAN if you are allergic to methylcobalamin or any other ingredients of the preparation.
• Taking other medicines Consult your doctor if you are taking medicines considered to reduce the absorption of vitamin B12, including alcohol, aminosalicylic acid, chloramphenicol, colchicine, metformin, neomycin, and proton pump inhibitors.
  
• Cobalamin is compatible with pregnancy and breastfeeding at the usual dose.
  
• Important information about some ingredients of NIRVAN™ This medicine also contains lactose (which is a sugar).
