Method of use:

Apply the compression band:

• Wrap the compression band around the left arm with the arm exposed.
• Secure the compression band and do not tighten it too tightly.
• The edge of the band should be approximately 2.5 centimeters away from the bend of the arm.

Stabilize your body when measuring:

• Sit upright and make sure the measuring position is at heart height.
• Relax and take the measurement with the body in a normal equilibrium position.
• Measure and record your blood pressure every day at the same time so that you can track the progression of your blood pressure.
