How to use
Adults aged 18 years and over:

Recommended dosage for the prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis:

Two sprays in each nostril once a day, preferably in the morning.
In some cases, two sprays into each nostril twice daily may be required.
The maximum daily dose should not exceed four sprays in each nostril.
Once the desired result is obtained, the dose should be reduced to one spray in each nostril once a day.
The minimum effective dose should be used to control symptoms.
Prevention of allergic rhinitis requires treatment before exposure to the allergen.
Regular use is recommended for full therapeutic benefit.
Maximum benefit may require 3-4 days of continuous treatment in some people.

The normal adult dose should be used.

Children under 18 years of age:

It should not be used by children and adolescents under the age of 18.

Shake gently before use.
