Sapofen 400 mg 30 tablets - Ibuprofen 400 mg:

• Ibuprofen is used to relieve mild to moderate pain (headache, toothache, muscle and back pain, and pain associated with menstruation).
• To relieve fever, and to relieve pain and inflammation in cases of arthritis (such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis).

Do not take ibuprofen:

• If you are allergic to ibuprofen or any of the other ingredients of this medication.
• If you are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid or other anti-inflammatory painkillers.
• If you have previously had gastrointestinal bleeding after taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
• If you have an ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding or have had at least two attacks in the past.
• If you suffer from severe liver, kidney or heart problems.
• If you suffer from severe dehydration.
• If you have any active bleeding.
• If you have conditions that increase your risk of bleeding. 
• If you are in the last three months of pregnancy.

Warnings and precautions:

Tell your doctor about all your health conditions, including:

• If you suffer from chronic inflammatory gastrointestinal problems such as ulcerative colitis, Cohen's disease, or others.
• If you have systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
• If you have problems with your blood cells.
• If you suffer from blood clotting problems.
• If you suffer from high blood pressure or heart problems.
• If you suffer from liver or kidney problems.
• If you have asthma or other conditions that make breathing difficult.

Possible side effects:

• skin rash; itch; red, blistered, or peeling skin; tightness in the chest or throat; difficulty breathing, swallowing, or speaking; Unusual hoarseness or swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat.

Serious side effects:

• Gastrointestinal bleeding and ulceration.
• Kidney problems.
• Serious skin reactions.
