Usage instructions:

Wash your hair with Tresemme Smooth & Shine shampoo. Put a generous amount of conditioner into the palm of your hands and then rub your hands together. Apply conditioner to damp hair, especially the ends to mid-lengths. Apply the rest of the conditioner from top to bottom and leave for 2-3 minutes. Wash the hair well.
